Nature of the Service
Durham County Released Inmates points visitors to inmate and jail record resources in Durham County and North Carolina, along with outside research tools. It stores no official custody or court records. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file a request with an agency for a visitor.
Acceptable Use Rules
Use must be lawful and must not harm another person or interfere with the service.
